Cleaning with medical alcohol: First, you can use 75% medical alcohol to spray on the mold surface, and then wipe it from the inside to the outside with a cotton swab or soft cloth. This method is suitable for silicone molds and can effectively remove residual rubber and dust.
Use a special silicone cleaner: Select an effective cleaner for silicone, apply it to the mold surface, and then wipe it with absorbent cotton. Keeping the mold temperature at around 45 degrees Celsius can make the cleaning more thorough. After cleaning, the mold should be blown dry immediately.
Dry ice cleaning: This is a quick cleaning method that uses the sublimation characteristics of dry ice to clean the mold surface. Dry ice is sprayed onto the mold surface through compressed air, and the dirt is vaporized by the instantaneous high temperature, and then wiped clean with a dry rag.
These methods can be selected and used according to the type of mold and the type of dirt to ensure the cleanliness of the mold and extend its service life.
